Giving Back

Since forming in 2005, Barry & The Blasters have frequently donated proceeds from ticket sales to community-based charitable organizations, including Wakefield Community Emergency Fund, Christie Lake Kids, the Ottawa Food Bank and the Ottawa Youth Services Bureau, to name a few. To date, the band has donated nearly $100,000, over 90% of which has been directed to local charities benefitting children and families who have faced adversity in their lives. Other funds have supported international organisations providing medical and educational services in developing countries.
